　　The school focuses on “giving priority to application, putting the knowledge into practice” and takes “making a satisfying school for students, parents and the society” as its mission. The school is employment-oriented and strengthens practical education; devotes to skill development and cultivates high-quality skilled talents for the society; steadily improves the quality of training; follows education and market principles; insists on market and academic standards; comprehensively improve education quality.

　　To meet the social demands, the school strengthens the cooperation between teaching and manufacturing, and focuses on building teaching practice base. Now the school has two provincial public practice bases—numerical control and mould practice base, IT practice base. There are four training centers (also for public)—Weaponry Industry Shenyang Mould Training Center, IT Talents Training Base, Electronic Industry Special Career Recognition Center, Shenyang Civil Blasting Technology Training Center. Over the years, we have set up long-term cooperative relationship and signed contacts of ordering cultivation with more than 20 large-scale enterprises or institutions, including Dongji Group, China FAW Group Corporation, Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, Tianjin Communication Broadcasting Company, Shenyang Coca Cola Company. The employment rate of students reaches over 90%. The school is also actively seeking Chinese-foreign cooperations in running school. It has signed agreement with universities from UK, Australia, South Korea and other countries, which broadens the channel for graduates to read for a master’s degree abroad.

　　We are going to raise the whole standard in 2008. We will ensure the quality of teaching. According to students’ characteristics, make accurate orientation; comprehensively improve the style of study and promote the construction of the teaching staff.
